Returns are accepted for unused and unaltered products for 1 day following receipt of products. Returned products must be received in a re-salable condition with proof of purchase from Sierra Equipment. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on returned orders and bear the risk of loss during shipment. Please include a copy of your original paperwork or your invoice number with your shipment. Contacting our customer service agents may help you avoid an unnecessary return. You can reach our agents at (510)887-7500 returns sent to us COD (Cash On Delivery) will NOT be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Note that if an item was ordered in error by the customer, upon returning it is subject to a 15% restocking fee. In these cases shipping costs are also not refunded and it is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. However, if the error was made by Sierra Equipment we would issue a full refund. Any refused shipment is considered an unauthorized return and is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges (both ways).
There are no returns on special ordered items. A special order item does not have a price listed and would be discussed with a sales representative at the time of the sale. To return any item you must call us at (510)887-7500.
Shipping Policy:
All items sold in the USA ship from our Hayward California warehouse. Shipping costs are NOT included and are the responsibility of the buyer. Sierra is happy to assist customer in arranging pickup of items M-F 9am to 5pm. Sierra will assist with loading of items that are able to be loaded in common carrier van trailers, flat trailers and sea containers. Oversized item loading needs to be coordinated by phone with your sales representative. Sierra processes paid orders for shipping in approx 24hrs time. Rush orders will be handled on a case by case basis. We have decades of experience in shipping equipment around the globe and happy to offer advice. Most items we offer have a range of options, attachments, spare parts or accessories and depending on customers choices the sale price can change drastically. Please contact us for pricing of these items
Yes, we own all of the equipment we advertise. We do on special occasion offer customer consignments and these will be clearly labelled as consignment item.

Prices:
Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Prices don't include taxes or shipment and may be changed without notice.
Payment:
Payments are due in full at time of shipment. On established accounts, payment due within 15 days of shipment.
Cancellations
Orders are not subject to cancellation, except with Seller’s consent, and upon terms and conditions that will indemnify Seller against all loss.
Damaged Goods
Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, buyer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and call Sierra Equipment immediately at (510)887-7500
